Step 1: Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, you will be guided through the entire
building process and we will answer any questions regarding the
construction timetable.
Once we have the permit for your home, then we will begin. A 3rd
Party Inspection Company approved by Bonded Builders will
conduct their 1st inspection before slab pour.
Step 2: Color Selection
Not surprisingly, the most involved step for the homebuyer in the
building process is to choose upgrades, color and design
selections for your new luxury home. In this stage, you will
personalize your home, finalize your plans, and select outlets,
electrics, and plumbing.
Step 3: Framing and Mechanical Inspection
Once the electric, plumbing, and air conditioning systems are in
place, a second professional home inspection will occur. Before
we are ready to install the drywall, we will walk you through the
home so that you can view these systems before they are
covered and insure that the upgrades that you have selected,
(light fixtures, fans, etc) are where you want them.
Step 4: Final Walk Through
When your home is finished, a final home inspection performed
by a 3rd Party inspection Company approved by Bonded Builders
will be performed. Providence Signature Homes will then take you
on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and
operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as
explain our service procedures.
Step 5: 15 Day Follow Up
Approximately 15 days after closing, we will follow up with you to
make sure that any walk through items have been completed
and that everything is in working order.
Step 6: Continual Followup
After closing, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by
again taking the time to handle any required warranty work,
discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.
